Mark, thank you for the wonderful shout out in your newsletter. I enjoyed working with you on a guest post in my newsletter today; let's do it again someone time soon. Since you are reading more ficiton now, maybe you'll want to talk about a great fiction book you have read. I have enjoyed knowing you since almost the beginning of my Substack journey. You are always so supportive and complementary of SoNovelicious. You are the best!
Yours is a GREAT Newsletter. I mentioned it to the like-minded in my bookclub and I think many of them are now your subscribers. I am sure they love it. I just finished a book about Eleanor Roosevelt (non-fiction). What a remarkable life. What a price people pay for being different. Since returning to a dual reading existence and using my Kindle again, fiction is becoming a bigger part of my reading. I will share notes on interesting books.
Just finished my post for next week. Eleanor by David Michaelis -- great but ponderous read. I walk away from it thinking people just do not understand how indispensible of a figure Eleanor Roosevelt was at a time of genuine need.
