I had tennis elbow many years ago when I was bowling a few leagues a week and I had to sit out for a couple of years to get it to heal. When it finally did heal and I went back to bowling, I had to cut back on how much I bowled as I didn't want it to get inflamed again. I never got inflamed again and a few years after that I quit bowling and never had another problem with it.
The songs are SO FUN to choose! It makes me realize I've listened to a lot over the years. Many, many years ago I had an injury and it appeared to be my left knee. My brother was in graduate school at the time and studying sports medicine, getting LOTS of exposure in evaluating injuries. In the days BEFORE video calls, he talked me through a process and told me to turn my knee with the inward portion facing up on the couch. Then he told me where to place my finger and had me trace down to a given spot and press down. I subsequently yelled OUCH!!! He then told me that the orthopedic would likely tell me I had torn my left lateral meniscus. A couple of days later I went to see the orthopedic and that is indeed what he told me. I will never forget that! The surgery was quick and easy and I have never had a problem again. Those were the early days of arthroscopic surgery. I have to look VERY CAREFULLY at the knee to see the little spots around the knee cap where they inserted the instruments. It is nice to get free medical advice but I should probably not ignore some of the advice!

It is great to have good friends. Good song selection. I agree with your brother.
